SPECTATORS FOOD, FUN AND FUNDRAISING PROGRAM

Sign up for our Food, Fun and Fundraising Program and Spectators will donate 10% of the participants total food bill to your organization. Simply collect the guest receipts from your group members dining on your behalf during your prearranged time frame and submit them to us at Spectators. What better way to get a great meal, have a lot of fun and raise money all at the same time! Read below for complete rules.

FOOD, FUN AND FUNDRAISING RULES

1) Your fundraiser must be scheduled in advance with management.

2) Group members, their friends, families, neighbors, etc can dine in or order To Go Sunday, Monday, Wednesday, Thursday or Friday (we're closed on Tuesdays) as often as they wish during the prearranged fundraising period. Saturdays are excluded.

3) At the end of your meal, group members should ask for a copy of their receipt from the server (not the credit card slip). Only one additional copy can be provided per visit.

4) Someone from your organization collects the receipts from the group members.

5) Spectators will donate 10% of the food and non-alcoholic beverages purchased. The 10% cannot apply to taxes, alcohol, or to any receipt that receives any other type of discount, coupon, offer or promotion.

6) Group members may not solicit guest receipts from other diners, either inside or outside the restaurant, or by standing in front of the restaurant, in the parking lot or by going table to table.

7) Group members should give their receipts to your organization's collector. At the end of the fundraising period total up the applicable sales from the eligible guest receipts, multiply by 10% and submit all the information along with your calculations to us for review. There is no limit to how much your organization can earn.

The donation amount is directly affected by how much business has been generated through your organization's efforts. Therefore, it would be helpful for your organization to advertise the program in your newsletter or publication. No regular media type advertising is permitted.
